Kerley Family Homes announced today that Capitol at Senator’s Ridge in Paulding County. Senator’s Ridge is a gated community with 7 homesites on Potomac that will have homes starting soon. These homes will be from 2400 – 3300 square feet, some with a basement option. Sales have been fantastic at Senator’s Ridge and they have closed 6 homes with three more under contract to be built. Senator’s Ridge is a gated community with swimming, tennis and a beautiful clubhouse. The Executive Series Standards apply to this section of homes.
