Located in northwest Cobb County, Lake Acworth is a water destination full of magnificent natural beauty with plenty of lakeside amenities. Expect hours of lounging on the sandy shorelines of Acworth Beach, boating and kayaking with breathtaking views, and swimming in the hot summer sun. After a long, busy Saturday on the lake, you need a refreshing Sunday, so head over to Cobblestone Golf Course, a beautiful lakefront course!

Fresh Blueberries in Loganville
Blueberry season is usually around June to August, so get ready to take a few visits to Tuckaway Blueberry Farm in Loganville. You get to pick your own delicious blueberries straight from the field. During the blueberry season, the farm is open Monday to Saturday from 7am – 1pm, which makes it a perfect way to start your day. Make sure to call ahead to plan your trip as they are sometimes closed for ripening or if you need special picking arrangements.

Outdoor Activities in the Park
Walkers and runners, baseball players, tennis enthusiasts, and everyone who loves a little outdoor adventure will adore this park. Oregon Park in Marietta offers outstanding amenities! This park includes disc golf, baseball fields, hiking trails, tennis courts, and more. Lastly, after a few hours of outdoor fun, you can put your family teamwork skills to the test at the escape room run by the Parks and Recreation Department here! Challenge your mind or your body with these wonderful amenities at Oregon Park, and get ready for a whole summer of excitement.
