At Kerley Family Homes, we understand that every family is different, and your home should meet a variety of needs. Today we’re introducing you to three beautiful floor plans on offer in Ozora Lake. Each of these floor plans has unique features to make life just a little bit easier. These 4 and 5 bedroom homes are priced from the $300s and have a number of different design options. Read on to learn more about the Benjamin, Huntington, and Richard floor plans!
Wide Open and Welcoming
The 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom Benjamin floor plan is perfectly open concept. Entering the home, you are welcomed by a 2-story foyer that connects to an elegant dining room. Walk through and find an open kitchen and breakfast area looking out onto the family room, allowing plenty of room for get-togethers of all kinds. Want even more space? Choose between a 2-story family room or an extra bedroom or media room. There are also several design points to choose from, such as coffered ceilings and covered porches.
The Intelligent Huntington
Also a 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom home, the Huntington floor plan begins with a beautiful front porch that allows you to enjoy the outdoors on a whole new level. The kitchen includes a large island with a built-in breakfast bar and opens directly onto the breakfast area and family room, creating a large, open-concept space. Just like the Benjamin floor plan, you have the option of a two-story family room or an additional room above.
Convenience and Comfort
The Richard floor plan offers even more value with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a 2 car garage accompanied by another single car garage. The kitchen has a large island and breakfast area, as well as a bar connecting it to the family room. When company comes over, it can be tough to lug all their stuff up the stairs for a short visit. The Richard floor plan offers a guest suite on the main floor, meaning your guests never have to worry about the stairs. This floor plan also offers a large back patio, which can optionally be built covered. However, one of our favorite features of this house is the large master suite, which includes a spacious sitting room and closet.

Ozora Lake is located in Loganville, Georgia, just off of Highway 81 and US 78 with convenient access to shopping at North Logan Commons and recreational space at Tribble Mill Park.
