About Shan 

As an Atlanta native, Shan Walker, launched her real estate career in 2002 serving several new residential sales communities and brokerages. Her experience selling homes priced between $100k and $500k shaped her to become the realtor she is today. Shan pursued her career with Kerley Family Homes because of her desire to help turn her client’s dreams into a reality while working in an environment that would help her thrive.

Passion for Helping Home Buyers

Assisting buyers in the purchase of their new homes by ensuring that their specifications, pre-qualifications, and needs are met is just one of the valuable skills Shan brings to our team. Regardless of the type of home her customers are searching for, Shan provides recommendations designed specifically with the client’s needs in mind. More importantly, Shan strives to build strong relationships with her clients that last long into the future. By building valuable relationships and listening to her clients’ needs, wants, and expectations, Shan’s ultimate goal is to make the process of buying their first or their next home as seamless as possible.

Outside of Work

When off-site you can find Shan spending time with her two sons. She further demonstrates her leadership abilities and passion for serving others through Beautifully Made, a women’s empowerment mission that serves pre-teens, teenagers, adult women, and girls. Their mission is to spread the message of self-worth, self-confidence, and self-esteem in order to make a difference in homes, schools, places of work, and social circles around the globe.
