Axley
The Axley floor plan is a 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One of the standout features of this home plan is the 2-story family room. The master bedroom on the second floor has the option for a beautiful trey ceiling. Besides the laundry room, there are also two secondary bedrooms on the second floor that share a bathroom.
Chatsworth
The Chatsworth is the largest of the 2-story floor plans offered in View at Cedar Mountain. Its elevations range in size from 2,219 to 2,298 square feet. The main floor of the Chatsworth plan includes the dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and family room. Upstairs, you will find the master suite as well as three secondary bedrooms. Each of the secondary bedrooms has their own walk-in closet and share a bathroom.
Magnolia
The Magnolia is a charming 4-bedroom floor plan. In the chef’s kitchen, there is a large island that overlooks the breakfast area and family room. On the second floor, you will enjoy a spacious master retreat. This plan not only offers a comfortable master bedroom, but there is also an oversized walk-in closet off the master bathroom. Savannah II
The Savannah II is the only ranch-style floor plan in View at Cedar Mountain. This 1,800 square foot plan offers an open concept living area that includes the kitchen, fireside family room, and breakfast area. Additionally, this home also has a formal dining room. It also features 3 bedrooms including the master and two secondary bedrooms.
