Heritage at Kennesaw Mountain is nestled in a wooded area just outside Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. This gated swim and tennis community of single-family homes boasts luxurious elevations from our Signature series. These 4 and 5 bedroom homes range in size from 3378 to 4249 square feet. Our newly decorated model home in Heritage at Kennesaw Mountain is the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Morgan floor plan. Here’s a quick look at some of the rooms in this gorgeous home.
A Sneak Peek Inside the New Model Home
The main floor of the Morgan includes a formal dining and private study upon entrance into the home. Down the hallway, you will find the gourmet kitchen and breakfast room overlooking the family room. There is also a keeping room with a fireplace off the breakfast area.
The gorgeous master bedroom on the main floor has a spacious master bath and oversized walk-in closet.
Upstairs, you will find the secondary bedrooms, two connected by a jack-and-jill bathroom, and one that has its own. There is also a media room, which could be used as a playroom for younger children.
Resort-Style Community Amenities
You’re sure to enjoy the beautiful community pool, especially during the hot days of summer. To catch some sun, you can take advantage of the tanning ledges or the lounge chairs surrounding the pool. At the cabana overlooking the pool, you’ll be able to utilize the grill and shaded pavilion. This is the perfect spot for neighborhood get-togethers or birthday parties.
Alongside the pool and cabana, you will also find two lighted tennis courts. Each court has a scorekeeper and side caddy to hold water bottles and extra tennis balls. On the opposite side of the pool, you can also enjoy the community firepit on a stone patio.
