Kerley Family Homes is excited to announce the Grand Opening of Maple Village. Our brand new home community located in Adairsville, Georgia. Come visit us on Saturday, November 11th from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm to enjoy tasty grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, play a game of corn hole while the kids have fun in the bounce house, and learn about the available new homes in this community.
Welcome to Maple Village
One of our larger communities, Maple Village offers outdoor amenities including a community pool and cabana with a small playground for young children. Priced from the high $100’s, the homes currently available in Maple Village feature our popular Chatsworth, Dalton, Magnolia, and Savannah floor plans.
Located in the historic city of Adairsville, there are several local attractions nearby for your family to enjoy including Downtown Adairsville and the Adairsville Railroad Depot Museum. Just a short drive from Maple Village, you can visit the Tellus Science Museum, a Smithsonian Institute affiliate or Chieftains Museum, a site on the Trail of Tears National Historic Trail. If a day in the great outdoors is what you desire, Maple Village is also conveniently located near Salacoa Creek Park and Copper Creek Farm.

While you’re at our grand opening event, make sure to go inside the beautifully decorated model home. Showcasing our Chatsworth floor plan, the model home features a comfortable 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bath layout. On the main floor, you will find a 2-car garage, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, and family room.
