We are excited to congratulate Ronda Levy for being Kerley Family Homes’ February Agent of the Month. Ronda joined our team as a New Homes Specialist in May 2017. Since then, she has become an incredible asset to our staff. Here is some more information to help you learn more about Ronda and the KFH communities where she works – Belmont Park, Chapparal Ridge, and Cottages at Stillwood Farms.
About Ronda
Ronda Levy is from the Washington DC area, where she began her career in real estate. She launched her career in 2004 as a property manager and has been a realtor for 3 years. Ronda chose to pursue a career in real estate because she saw it as being a fulfilling experience. She says, “To help people achieve one of their greatest dreams is very rewarding.” Ronda is passionate about helping buyers who never thought they would be able to buy a home. She explains, “I enjoy knowing that the work I do is actually changing people’s lives.”

Belmont Park
Belmont Park is a new home community located minutes from Historic Downtown Newnan. The craftsman style homes in this neighborhood feature a variety of 3 bedroom floor plans. Currently available homes range in size from 1,751 to 1,851 square feet. Each of these floor plans boast unique architectural features and finishes. These include a mud room at the entrance to the garage, gorgeous built-ins in the family room, and separate sitting room in the master suite.
Chaparral Ridge
The neighborhood of Chaparral Ridge is located in Douglasville, Georgia. This community boasts beautiful ranch and 2-story homes ranging in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms. Available in several elevations, these homes provide open-concept floor plans on the main, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Community amenities include a pool and cabana, basketball court, and playground.
Cottages at Stillwood Farms
Cottages at Stillwood Farms is a pool and cabana community located in Newnan, Georgia. Available homes include a variety of ranch and 2-story floor plans from our Hometown Series. Sought-after features in many of these homes include master on main as well as covered porches and patios.
