What to Expect
Once you’ve selected your lot or home under construction in one of our communities, you will make an appointment at the Design Studio. Our new showroom houses a wide selection of interior design elements in a variety of finishes for you to look at in person to customize your new home. During your appointment, our team of professional designers will walk you through the options process and help you select the perfect finishes for your new home.
Cabinetry and Countertops
Create the gourmet kitchen you’ve always wanted. At our Design Studio, you can choose from a wide selection of countertops and cabinetry, backsplash and appliances. Your countertops and cabinets are the faces of your kitchen. Whether you prefer contemporary, transitional, or traditional design, we can help you select the perfect combination to help you achieve the look you want.
Flooring and Lighting
At the Kerley Family Homes Design Studio, you’ll be able to personalize the look and feel of each room of your home by choosing the flooring and lighting options that best suit your style.
