Priced from the low $200’s, the single-family homes in this community are located in a quiet area, set against a wooded, picturesque backdrop. This neighborhood is ideal for outdoor adventurists as it’s just a short drive from the Porterdale Yellow River Park, where you can enjoy the various picnic areas, walking trails, disc golf course, and kayak launch. Active families can also take advantage of the nearby Turner Lake Park and Recreation Complex which houses a gymnasium, four state-of-the-art softball fields, and a youth football field.

Our Featured Floor Plans

The ranch style homes of Autumn Ridge are designed with affordability and comfort in mind. The remaining available homes in this community, featuring our Albany, Cambridge, Cambridge II, and Savannah floor plans, are move-in ready.

Three of our currently available homes have our Albany floor plan, a 3 bedroom and 2 ½ bath layout. Some of our favorite features of the Albany are the vaulted ceilings in the family room and separate garden tub and shower in the master bathroom. These homes also include a spacious kitchen complete with granite countertops and a breakfast bar.

The Cambridge floor plan is also a sizable 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom design. One of the first features you’ll notice upon entering this home is the beautiful trey ceiling in the foyer. This home is perfect for entertaining guests as it has a breakfast bar counter that separates the kitchen from the large family room on the main floor.

Located on one of the larger lots available in Autumn Ridge is the Cambridge II floor plan. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom home includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, an island for added food preparation space, and breakfast counter. A Jack and Jill bathroom is shared by the two secondary bedrooms. Perhaps one of the best features of this layout is the grand master suite and large walk-in closet.

The Savannah floor plan is available in just two of our remaining homes. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
