Chatham Village is a townhome community in Buford, Georgia. These three-story townhomes range in size from 1601 to 1699 square feet. It includes a kitchen overlooking an open dining area and great room. There are currently five townhomes available. This gated community has green space throughout, as well as a community pool and cabana.
RiverSprings – Now Selling
The single-family home community of RiverSprings is located in Dacula, Georgia. Here you will find several 4 and 5 bedroom homes from our Executive and Signature series of homes. We currently have eight homes available at RiverSprings, including some master-on mains. Other features you are sure to love about these floor plans include gourmet chefs kitchens, formal dining rooms, and fireside family rooms. RiverSprings also has several amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, and a soccer field.
Ozora Lake – Coming Soon
Ozora Lake is our newest Gwinnett County neighborhood coming soon to Loganville, Georgia. This new community will feature luxurious homes from our Executive Series of floor plans. Community amenities will include a Jr. Olympic pool and cabana, as well as four tennis courts.
