We currently have six beautiful homes available in this community. Our decorated model home is the attractive 4 bedroom Huntington floor plan. Popular features include its 2-story foyer and family room, master on the main. The main floor also has a formal dining room and study. We also offer new homes available in the Winward, a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom floor plan. This is another sought-after master on the main layout, that features a 2-story foyer and family room. Along with a formal dining room, there is a separate breakfast area off the kitchen, as well as a secondary bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. Along with the three bedrooms on the second floor, there is also a spacious loft at the top of the stairs. Other floor plans that are offered at River Rock are the Berkley and Somerset, which can be built on one of these available homesites.
