10 years ago, the Kerley Family Homes legacy began. Not knowing what the future would bring, Gene and Joe had one goal in mind – to build affordable and high-quality homes for families. In 2007, 1 home was sold. In 2008, that number grew to 14. With the number continuing to grow every year, we are proud to say that we have closed on 1,700 homes in our 10 years of business! We can’t thank our family, loyal customers and friends enough for the support they have given us every day through this journey.
